The creation ceremony of the World Association of Wine Tourism (AMETUR), held in Torres Vedras, was presided over by the President of the Portuguese Republic, His Excellency Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. During the event, Stéphanie Court-Fortune, President of the In Rural Europe Association (IREA), and its Secretary-General, Augusto Ramos, who is also the CEO of Sismotur, had the opportunity to briefly present the association to the President. IREA, also a founding entity of AMETUR, will be part of its governing bodies as secretary.
Through this participation, Sismotur will continue to promote the development of wine tourism with its vision of digital tourism through its Inventrip platform.
